- Full Time: 4 years (8 semesters)
The Bachelor of Corporate Administration with Honours programme is offered in line with the development of USIM and the Faculty. The Faculty aims to produce more certified Company Secretary and Corporate Governance officers in Malaysia. Currently, the number of certified Company Secretary is in scarce. Under the Companies Act 2016, each company established in Malaysia is required to have at least one certified Company Secretary appointed and licensed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. However, the statistics show that certified Company Secretary in Malaysia is less than 10,000 while the number of companies registered in Malaysia is more than 1.2 million. This programme will fulfil the demand from the private sector.
PROGRAMME EDUCATION OBJECTIVES (HPP/PEO)
PEO1 | To produce graduates with a high level of knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects of corporate administration. This is achieved by integrating Naqli (revealed knowledge) and Aqli (rational knowledge) to meet the National's aspirations and to be versatile and competitive globally.(PLO1, PLO2 and PLO3) |
PEO2 | To produce graduates who possess interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, leadership capabilities, teamwork involvement, numerical skills, and high ethical and professional values. |
PEO3 | To produce graduates who can apply various information and communication technologies (ICT) for career advancement, demonstrate independence, and exhibit entrepreneurial skills. |
