The Bachelor of Islamic Banking and Finance with Honours is a 4-year programme with the objective to produce graduates with high knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects in the field of Islamic banking and finance to meet the country's Economic Transformation Plan to become a major player in Islamic finance. This programme is developed in accordance to the vision of USIM to be an advanced knowledge-based institution of Islamic learning that combines science and naqli aqli to resolve issues within the communities, particularly in the field of Islamic banking and finance.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO)

PEO1

To produce graduates with high knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects in the field of Islamic banking and finance by integrating Naqli and Aqli knowledge to meet the country's aspirations as well as being versatile and globally competitive. (PLO1, PLO2 dan PLO3)

PEO2

To produce graduates who have interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, the ability to lead and engage in teams, numeracy skills, and practice high ethical and professional values. (PLO4, PLO5, PLO7, PLO8 dan PLO11)

PEO3

To produce graduates with digital, personal and entrepreneurial skills for the purpose of lifelong skills and knowledge. (PLO6, PLO9 dan PLO10)

Graduates from Bachelor of Islamic Banking and Finance with Honours will be granted advanced entry to Level 2 Chartered Banker Qualification Framework by Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.
